Rift Valley Superior College, established in Arusha in 2009 and now based in Monduli District, provides 100% scholarships to Tanzanian youth for one-year certificate courses, requiring students to only cover uniforms, accommodation, and graduation costs. The college offers free English, French, computer, and WiFi services, plus 3 months of field training after graduation. Run by Director Elibariki Wellingtone Kitundu with support from local and international donors, it currently serves 100 students annually and aims to reach 500 by 2030, and welcomes donations and volunteers to help more youth gain vocational skills and economic independence.
